RESTAURANT TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Reservation Policy: All reservations must be made in advance either email or by phone. Walk-ins are subject to availability.

 

2. Cancellation Policy: In the event that you need to cancel or change your reservation, please do so at least 72 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee £5 per person.

 

3. Arrival Time: Please arrive on time for your reservation. If you are running late, please notify the restaurant as soon as possible. Your table may be held for up to 15 minutes after your reservation time, after which it may be given to another party.

 

4. Group Bookings: For larger groups more than 5 people, please contact the restaurant directly to make arrangements. A deposit (£5 per person) is required for group bookings. Booking will be confirmed when deposit was paid. Also, it is better to pre-order to avoid food delay.

 

5. Special Requests: If you have any dietary restrictions or special requests, please notify the restaurant when making your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

 

6. Payment: Payment is due at the end of your meal. We accept cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment as specified by the restaurant.

 

7. Service Charge: A 8.6% discretionary service charge will be automatically added to your bill and it is entirely your choice whether or NOT to pay. 100% of service charges are passed onto all staffs.

8. Right to Refuse Service: The restaurant reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who does not comply with the terms and conditions outlined above. Also, any act of violence will NOT be tolerated. Anyone giving verbal abuse or sexual harassment towards  our customers or our staffs will be asked to leave the premises

 

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions: The restaurant reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Please check the restaurant's website or contact us directly for the most up-to-date information.
